About the Studio
Greige Goods Studio LLC is a bespoke interior design studio specializing in hospitality and restaurant projects. We are proudly located in the small beach side community of Hermosa Beach, CA. Our studio is an energetic and collaborative work space, no doubt influenced by the calming ocean view and natural light that floods the large picture windows in our studio.
The studio is lead by our Founder and Creative Director, Jodi Barnett, who brings over 20 years experience in the hospitality design industry to the firm. Jodi is supported by a dynamic team of women who share her passion for design and collaboration. Each team member brings a depth of experience to their roll and shares in the cultural values of the studio. We strive to create a studio environment that values collaboration, prioritizes client satisfaction, and supports personal growth.
Greige Goods Studios is proud to work with clients such as Host Hotels & Resorts, Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton Grand Vacations, Eureka! Restaurant Group & Cohn Restaurant Group. We are a preferred design studio for Host Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt and Eureka! Restaurant Group. We also had the honor of working with Pen & Napkin to furnish a home for a single mother of 6 transitions out of a homeless shelter.
Services Include:
conceptual design presentations, design development sketches, space planning, renderings, construction documentation including FF&E specification & construction drawings and details, material reference specifications and construction administration. We are proficient in working with other consultants, such as architects, project managers, lighting designers and general contractors.
